I'm absolutely loving my stay at Candlewood Suites! The staff are super friendly and the room is always spotless. I love the suite-style setup - it's perfect for families like mine with two kiddos who are always running around! The kitchenette is a game-changer, and the laundry facilities are so convenient. Plus, the location is awesome - close to everything I need. I've been here a few times now, and I always feel like I'm getting a great deal. The outdoor pool is a hit with the kids - they love splashing around on warm days! I also love that I can squeeze in a workout in the fitness room when they're busy with activities. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, like Chili's, Olive Garden, and the diner down the street that's a favorite. And if I need some retail therapy, Baybrook Mall is just a short drive away! I also appreciate the quiet hours and comfortable workspace - it's perfect for getting some prep work done for my teaching job . I had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel. Everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. The room was bright and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We had a small issue during our stay, but the front desk staff helped us right away. The manager, Rozy, was very supportive and made sure everything was taken care of. The lobby and common areas looked beautiful after the renovation, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

She carries so much responsibility, especially with the ongoing renovations around the property, yet she manages everything with grace, patience, and a sense of urgency that keeps things running smoothly for every guest. Watching her work is impressive — she moves quickly, handles multiple things at once, and still maintains such a calm, reassuring demeanor. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people staying here. I also want to recognize Prea, who used to work here and is greatly missed. If you happen to see this — hello Prea, and congratulations on your new endeavors! Thank you for the impact you left behind. The housekeeping team deserves so much credit as well. They put incredible care and effort into making every room feel comfortable and welcoming. And Jen — I have personally witnessed her give her ALL to help guests here. In that time, I’ve watched this place transform right before everyone’s eyes — and every change has been for the better. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in a safe, convenient neighborhood with amenities in every direction, don’t walk… RUN to book your stay. Whether you’re here short-term or long-term, this property truly has something for everyone. The Candlewood Cupboard is super convenient, there’s always someone friendly and helpful at the front desk, the hallways are peaceful even late at night, and the residents here are respectful, grounded, and easy to live around. Got to the hotel around 1am and nobody was at the front desk. Waited about 3 minutes then someone greeted us. Check-in was quick, room was nice, huge pillows, firm bed. We checked out on the IHG app at 9am so it was short and sweet. No complaints and under $100!

Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Kitchen inside room was very useful for my family! Ate breakfast the next day at Snooze (2 minute walk from hotel) and it was very delightful. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to checkout was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are big and nicely equipped with stove dishes and refrigerator. The rooms are clean housekeeping came everyday I was there. Parking was good easy to get in and out. My only issue is no one being at the front desk every time I came through and no bell or anything for me to alert them I was there. When they did come they were very nice and helpful. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the overall setup makes it perfect for extended stays. The staff here truly sets this place apart. They’re courteous, generous, and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. For the price, you really can’t beat it. If you want something close to everything without paying Hilton-level rates, this is the spot. Highly recommend checking it out!

My wife and I really enjoyed our recent extended stay at this hotel. The hotel was recently renovated and everything in our room was new including the stainless steel appliances, plumbing fixtures, furniture, lighting ... everything, and the bed was very comfortable. They offer great amenities including a nice sized and well maintained outdoor pool, 24x7 fresh ground coffee, washers/dryers, and a fitness center that is not huge but very usable with all new cardio machines and weights. Every restaurant and store that you can imagine is in the local area and much of the area is walkable. The manager and staff are helpful and friendly and the price is reasonable. We will definitely stay again in the future.
